Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

RouteSetu is a technology-enabled demand aggregation platform that connects users with independent third-party vehicle operators for outstation travel.

By using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of Service

• RouteSetu does not own, operate, or control vehicles or drivers
• Acts solely as an intermediary platform
• Services are fulfilled by independent transport providers

3. Booking & Payments

• Bookings via website, WhatsApp, or official channels
• Advance payment may be required
• RouteSetu may collect payments on behalf of operators
• Final payment may be made to driver/operator
• Pricing varies based on route, vehicle, and demand

4. Driver & Vehicle Allocation

• Allocation based on availability
• No guarantee of specific car model
• Only category assured (Sedan / SUV)

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate details
• Be present at pickup location on time
• Maintain proper conduct throughout the journey
• No unlawful activities permitted

6. Charges & Additional Costs

The following costs are borne by the customer:

• Toll taxes
• State taxes
• Parking charges
• Driver allowances

7. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellation policies are shared at the time of booking
• Advance payment may be non-refundable
• Refunds are at the discretion of RouteSetu

8. Channel Partner Allocation & Direct Engagement

• Bookings may be transferred to channel partners
• RouteSetu has no control over services post-transfer
• Agreements are between the customer and the operator

9. Third-Party Services

• Provided by independent operators
• No guarantee of quality or timeliness is provided by RouteSetu

10. Limitation of Liability

RouteSetu shall not be held liable for:

• Accidents, injuries, or death
• Loss or damage to belongings
• Delays or service disruptions
• Driver misconduct

11. No Warranty

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied.

12. Indemnity

The user agrees to indemnify and hold RouteSetu harmless from any claims, damages, or disputes arising out of use of the platform.

13. Communication

By using the platform, the user consents to receive trip updates, booking confirmations, and messages via SMS, WhatsApp, or phone calls.

14. Force Majeure

RouteSetu shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or strikes.

15. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the RouteSetu platform are the exclusive property of RouteSetu and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.

17. General Terms

• These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice
• Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms
